Releasing Bottled-up Emotions

Kyle recalls the movie titled Falling Down starring Michael Douglas. It revolved around a defense worker who had enough of the belief held by everyone around him.

“You can only be the person down for so long before you lose it.” -Kyle Newell

He went on a rampage, and became in control of everything. Apparently, his repressed or suppressed emotions led him to that point of becoming a badass character. This happens to many people as well.

Meet the Alter Ego

Everyone has an alter ego that just needs to come into play. For this, there will come a time that we will have to release our rage. If we keep on suppressing it, our animal brain could take over and place us in a state where we’re not in control.

Tension Myositis Syndrome

Many people have mystery ailments that have no physical cause. This is what it means to have a tension myositis syndrome.

Kyle had a similar experience for two and a half years. He had all the symptoms of stomach disease, but failed to find out what caused it. They tried everything but to no avail.

That’s when he heard about Doctor John’s book titled The Divided Mind. To this day, it gave him the ability to remain healthy.

A Life without Plans

Kyle started achieving moderate success in his daily life about 4 years ago. For whatever reason, he decided to leave off planning the night before. Consequently, for many months he woke up without having clear objectives in mind. Than gave him more stress.

To discuss it further, he points out the existence of 6 different environments. The time we wake up every morning is the most stressful time for us. It’s when we move from being unconscious to being conscious. During which, we develop hormones that alert us of the day.

Importance of Having a Routine

Survival mechanism is the very act of a routine. It’s something that alerts us each day without having to think about it. If we think about everything that we need to do, our brains will be exhausted even before setting off to do them.

For that reason, we need to save our energy when possible. Good way to do it is by setting goals, allowing our minds to create and rationalize ideas.

Learning and Movement

For a long time, Kyle went through a mild state of depression due to lack of planning. During those months, he would wake up without knowing what to do. From that, we find the connection between the brain and the body’s mechanisms. This means learning cannot be separated from movement.

He was still working full time as a school teacher when he and his wife opened the training facility. With that, Kyle had to balance two main jobs at the same time.

He ignored the stress it gave him, and just continued working. As a result, he suffered from pneumonia.

Finding the Perfect Balance

The experience taught Kyle the impossibility of having a perfect balance in life. No matter how much you strive for it, it still would not be achieved.

The tough schedule and the stress it caused took away his freedom. Consequently, Kyle had to resign from teaching. He learned classic lessons from it, and he wants to guide others in finding the right balance they need.

Sharing the Secrets

Kyle told some guys about his goals in some of his passions, among which is writing fiction stories. That’s how he learned about Ben Settle’s Persuasion Secrets. The book has some timeless insights that Kyle wishes to share to everyone.

Villain Without a Mission

Many of us live life without a clearly defined purpose. Having no mission, according to Ben, is like living without testicles. It’s a sad reality, which many men and women live by.

As Kyle puts it, a mission is something that transcends self. One does not necessarily have to be caught up in the details immediately. What’s important is knowing one’s mission.

People would know when someone has a clearly defined mission. Charisma and influence can be easily felt.

A Mission to Fulfill

You will not achieve anything significant if you don’t set your mission. It’s not being greedy. You have to do what you need to do first to take care of the people in your life.

“A villain without mission has no value to those he wishes to subjugate.” -Ben Settle

In essence, those who want to lead need to have a mission. None can be an effective leader by being a wandering generality. A mission flows through one’s spirit, and serves as a guide in achieving one’s goals.
