In today’s show, the human strength expert Kyle Newell shares how you too can protect your life by following these nutritional laws. There are myths in the wellness industry which you may not be aware of. Tune in for some classic insights and tips!
There is news about a 7-month old baby who died of malnutrition. The surprising fact is that the baby’s parents own a health food store in Europe.
They were feeding him with much like vegan milk. Unfortunately, vegan diet does not work. Kyle discusses that everyone needs amino acids to survive.
When it comes to diet, everyone needs cholesterol. It is a precursor to all sex hormone production in the body. The brain needs cholesterol to function properly.
Cholesterol synthesizes and produces vitamin B3. Every hormone in the body has a B3 receptor.
When it comes to losing fat or altering your body composition, it is not good to cut down calories. That only works for so long until you have nowhere to go.
The calories equation myth is another lie. What you can do instead is focus on the proper food to get the nutrition that your body needs.

On today's episode, Kyle Newell gives an insightful review of the book New World Ronin by Victor Pride. Kyle considers Victor as his fellow hustler, someone who is always making moves in life. He understands that he only has one shot to make something great. Tune in and understand why a slave without a master is a curse!
One of the prime ideas highlighted in the book is forward momentum. It means that if you want to achieve greatness, you have to keep going. There is no stopping to your ultimate goal.
“If you do not constantly move forward, you'll never get better.” -Victor Pride
Momentum is the most powerful force on earth. Whether it's a positive momentum or a negative one, it is very powerful. You will achieve your goal if you keep moving forward and focus on its process.
Having momentum gives you responsibility. When you take that responsibility, you give yourself the ultimate power.
Those who blame their circumstances on others don't have power. They have no ability to transform their lives because they believe that they have nothing to do with what happens to them.
Another idea that the book imparts is this: reflection is the enemy of action. Nothing will ever happen if you just talk about your ideas.
Consider those who say they want to write a book. In reality, only few people take action. Not everyone who wants to write a book actually do it.

On today’s episode, the human strength expert Kyle Newell shares the truth about being ‘ripped’. The bodybuilding competition is an exciting event that many look forward to. This brings Kyle back to memories and insights of his past experiences. Tune in!
Kyle used to work for a strength and conditioning staff in 2003. That was his first time to see someone shredded. To Kyle, the guy was like a mini Ronnie Coleman who won 8 Mr. Olympia’s.
Muscles were popping out of his muscles. He did not even have to watch what he was eating, but only needed enough food to maintain his muscle mass.
Now, people ask Kyle how they too can put on muscles. Unfortunately, not everyone is genetically cut to be ripped. You can’t just put on muscles when you want to.
Remember that body fat is stored energy, and that the brain and nervous system are hard-wired for survival. Unless you are cut out to be ripped, your body will fight against it.
Females usually can have 10% more body fat than males. They need it for childbearing reasons. They also have different fat patterns.
Males’ stubborn fat is usually in the stomach region. On the other hand, the females’ stubborn fat is usually in the thighs, glutes, and hamstrings.

In today’s show, the human strength expert Kyle Newell shares how you too can discover your path. Everyone has his own unique path to follow. However, sometimes you could feel like getting behind or going astray. Tune in to what Kyle says about it, and learn tips that can help you become better!
In his recent Mastermind session, Kyle learned that none can go off his path. This is because you have your own path. You can commit mistakes, go slowly, or feel like getting off it but it’s still yours to take.
For Kyle, everything that happened in his life led him to becoming the person he is now. There could be times in life where you’d want to speed through things. But just as Ghandi put it, there’s more to life than increasing its speed.
Having the need to rush to your goals can result into anxiety. You tend to focus on external things that are mostly uncontrollable. That’s when you start basing everything on whether you made it or not.
“Knowing that it’s all your path and that there is no race—there’s no rush—to get there, it’s important that we take time to relax.” -Kyle Newell
Time is limited. This is why you could feel like you don’t have the time to do specific things. That makes you force things until you get burned out.
Kyle spent some 10 minutes today at the river. He meditated on the scenes in his life, including the most rewarding ones.
Next, he went into a future scene with all the emotion he could take. He didn’t think about the external things, but rather on how many people he could inspire.
