I was pondering how I got to where I am at the other day and how funny it is to me that I have people reaching out to me from all over the world, literally, on advice on one thing or another.
That was never my intention.
My intention was to learn and still is to learn.

If you were to come to me because a Hollywood Director came to you and told you they had a role for you, but you’d have to be 20-30 pounds fatter in just 6 weeks, here is the way I would advise you.

-Small, frequent meals and then some
-Beer
-Keep your water and sodium low
-Put you on a treadmill for an hour per day

Testosterone and Being a Dad
Just the other night, I gave a seminar on testosterone. Testosterone is the hormone that makes a man a man.
