Two weekends ago, I spent a few hours pulling weeds.
This is something I would have despised doing just a few years ago.
Now, I relish connecting with my hands this way.
Plus, there were many lessons popping into my head as I was pulling.
I am fresh off vacation and had a few thoughts about life I wanted to share in this episode.
Your life is a manifestation of what is going on on the inside.
Your thoughts become words which become actions which become physical reality.
However, most people start with the outside and hope it affects their inside.
Do the opposite of what the majority of people do in life and you will be on the right track.
