Nutrition and Fat Loss Fallacies

In 2004, I competed in my first bodybuilding show.  

 

I was lied to by my Coach at the time.  He wasn’t doing it intentionally, it was just that he was using the most common approach in fitness.  

 

It wrecked my metabolism and made the next 15 years super difficult in terms of optimizing my body composition.  

 

Now, you know I love fasting, but that’s not exactly what I am going to cover in this episode.  

 

The insights I am going to cover might be shocking to you, because they completely go against the grain.  

 

Do you cut out carbs or lower fat?  My answer might suprise you.

Exactly one week ago, we climbed Mt. Washington for the 5th year in a row and this year was like non-other.  

 

We slid on our butts for a few hundred yards and traversed an Avalanche zone.  

 

It was nuts!

A half a year ago, Brian reached out to me.  He started my Panda Diet and was cruising.  

 

I helped him with a few simple tweaks and he is now down over 100 pounds!
