My mind is always questioning the mainstream narrative.  

I've always been that way but even more so since 2020.  

And maybe you don't care about conspiracies in general, so here are 3 that will relate directly to you yourself or someone you know.  

In this episode, I talk about fasting and muscle loss.  Is it a real thing?

I also go over two simple blood tests you can check that will not align with what you've been told when it comes to your health.  

But beware, these are so blatantly obvious that your mind will probably be blown and I highly doubt that your doctor will have a good explanation and they more than likely have never been asked these questions or connected the dots.

I just completed my first week on my 6 week Fat Shredding protocol and the results were fire!

In today's episode, I give you a recap of what I did week 1 before going into the top 'secrets' I learned about transforming the body from legendary Coaches Charles Poliquin, Scott Abel and John Meadows.  

Once you hear this, you might be disappointed because of how obvious they are.  However, just because they are obvious I rarely see others talking about these topics when it comes to a fat loss protocol.  

It seems that the common denominator is always about calories, which is far down my list when it comes to transforming the body, mine included.

It's that time of year again.
