I was dialed in and focused for sure!

I took my visceral fat from a 4 to a 1 and my body fat went from 9.8 to 5.1!

Ever wonder why we have what seems like a random number of days each month?

There's a lot history that has been witheld from us and it's a fascinating area of research for me.  

One door seems to lead to the next.  

It's this curiousity that led me to fasting and realizing that much of the modern day fitness and nutrition advice is down right wrong.  It's all to keep you stuck in the Matrix.  

In today's episode, I cover a few conspiracies that'll get you thinking and I dive into 'clogging the system' and how not fasting has led to the plethora of disease that we see nowadays.  

There's a way to keep your blood healthy and it's not by constantly eating 'clean' foods.  

We need to give the mechanism a break.
