Core is the most popular training term in the world.  

Everyone wants a strong, good looking core.  

Yet, hardly anyone knows how to get it.  

In this episode, I explain the core, in my terms, which should make it become very clear in your mind with what you need to do in order to develop a strong looking and performing core.  

Core training is about a lot more than just sit-ups and crunches.

We just got back from another great vacation and boy....

It sure ended with bang!

I fell off a cliff when jumping with the triplets.

In this episode, I am out in nature, strolling with Ainsely before her morning nap and shooting from the hip.  

I think there's some pretty good stuff in here, but you be the judge.  

I should go back more often to re-listen to the thoughts I have in terms of my content, I rarely do though, but I should.  Something for me to examine.  

See how I view science and my science when it comes to the mind.  It works for me and many others.

You are being lied to.  

When it comes to your health and fitness.  

Not intentionally, at least in most cases, but mainly by the ignoramus known as the Fake Fitness Experts.  

They are fed propoganda and because their god with a little g, of science, tells them it's so, they start spewing it to anyone that will listen.  

When it comes down to it, if you really press them, they will refer to self results and experiences.  Most of the times, these FFE are born with a good body or they are highly enhanced.  

Anyways, in this episode, I cover some of the biggest lies that I figured out over the past 27 years.  Believe them or not, but look into them.  Actual do some digging.  You will probably be suprised.

We recently got back this past weekend from our first of two summer vacations.  

And I fasted.  

Did I diet?  Heck no!

I get the question all the time, 'Kyle, what should I do with my eating on vacation?'

Do what you want, enjoy it.
