Strength is the big glass bowl that all other fitness and athletic qualities fit into.
Strength is often the answer and yes, it is all relative.
Understanding these concepts will go a long way in your journey to optimal health.
I keep it simple so you can keep it simple, yet also learn for yourself.

Two weeks ago, silver hit an all-time high of $52+. I was pumped, but not surprised, because I have been buying silver for the better part of the past five years.
I know, all the money guys say it’s not an investment, but when something in the wealth world has gone up almost 300% in the past 5-6 years, I’d say they are wrong.
However, the point of today’s writing is not to give you financial advice, but to make you think about the world ‘investment’. If I asked you what the best investment of your life has been, what would you say?
Was it in building some aspect of your portfolio? Was it investing into your children, into your education, into your marriage? Or maybe it’s something else entirely.
When you examine what made it a great investment, what makes it stand out? What type of return did it give you?
I am here to tell you that there is no investment in this world that will have a bigger payoff than investing into your health and fitness. None, nada, zilch!
Are you the type that continues to wish you could get your weight and health in order? Yet, when you look at your track record, you are spending more per month on your cell phone bill than you do on your health?
Most people keep putting this crucial investment off because it has not risen to the level of urgency yet.
What other thing could you invest in that will give you:
-A longer life?
-Make you literally harder to kill?
-A better quality of life?
-More strength?
-A more attractive body?
-Better energy?
-More confidence?
I’ll let you sit on that, but I can tell you right now that no matter how long you rack your brain, you won’t be able to come up with one that can match these potential ROIs.
Health is your true weath.

P.S. - If you are a Dad and are ready to invest more into your health, then I’d recommend beginning with my upcoming book: A Guide to Becoming a Ripped Dad. I cover workouts, fasting, nutrition, mindset, core values, leadership and more. It’s jam packed. Most importantly, I teach you in the book to become a fisher, rather than just giving you fish. We are on week 3 of the early bird, this week it’s up to $95 and that will continue to go up until it is released. If you’d like the link, shoot me a text: 908-229-6666
I've been fortunate enough to stem from what I would say is the best Coaching tree in the world, in the field of strength, conditioning and nutrition.
Here's my tree in no particular order:
Louie Simmons - Founder of Westside Barbell, the strongest gym in the world
Jay Butler - 20 year strength Coach in D1 and NFL, named D1 strength Coach of the year
John Meadows - Bodybuilding guru, top Coach for IFBB pros
Scott Abel - If ever there was a PhD in bodybuilding, it would be Scott. He was my first ever Coach
Charles Poliquin - Legend in the field, worked with thousands of professional athletes as well as Olympians
In today's episode, I cover one key SECRET that I learned from each of these great Coaches and mentors of mine.
This episode is short, but there's gold in here if you listen.

In this special edition episode, I sat down with my long time, old friend, Mayhem.
Mayhem and I became boys back in highschool and although we have been busy with the roads that life has took us down, it was great to chat and catch up.
Mayhem is a comedian, formerly working on the old, but famous, Opie and Anthony show.
In this episode, we hit such a wide range of topics, including Mayhem's experience with fasting and fitness, as someone that has been overweight his entire life, to various conspiracies and chasing after your dream and what it takes to achieve that dream.
This is a long one, but a great one!
Enjoy!
