I was obsessed with death as a young boy. This crippling fear would attack again throughout my adult life, but it was a true blessing, because I've thought about death far more than most I would venture to guess.

If you put a gun to my head and wanted to know what I would do and actually do with my sons, who are 8 and 10, when it comes to youth athlete strength training, these are what I would do.
Simple, effective and a way to see rapid growth in terms of development. Put away your speed ladders and barbells for this age, get back to the basics.
