One of the big lessons I talked about last week was that we must become more aware of training our mindset.

 

In today’s episode, I talk about 4 inner beliefs that I live by.  Ponder these and meditate on them, turn them into your strengths.

Here are 5 big takeaways thus far from this Corona situation:

-We need to focus on our health moving forward

-Your relationships.  Do not take them for granted and find ways to grow them during these chaotic times.

-The downtime you have right now, enjoy it! Don't wish it by!

-An emergency fund.  It's something you need for times like these that'll give you peace of mind.  Find out why.

-Train your mindset.  Mindset is what will make you rise to the top.  If you wait until you are in the weeds, it's too late.  You must always be training your mindset!
