Kyle can consume lots of food. Back in 2014, few months after a bodybuilding competition, he spent some time off with his family and friends. Once he consumed lots of donuts, and ate a quart of rice pudding an hour after.
On their way to the next town, he and his wife stopped at a waffle house. There he ate some eggs and three peanut butter waffles. Everyone was amazed how he was able to consume that much amount of food.
His appetite started in 1997 when he was still in high school. That was the time he started lifting. His approach was to eat as much as he could to gain weight.
He’d go to Burger King with his friend, and order two triple cheese burgers. He continued to consume as much calories until he reached 210 lbs in his high school graduation.
Kyle was lean back then. He continued to do the same in college, and was allowed by his fraternity to workout every day and to eat when he wanted to.
By junior year, Kyle realized the need to change his approach. He decided to diet down. That’s when he got the idea of free days and cheat days.
He began to monitor the food he’d eat. He wanted to make sure they were good for him. Kyle continued to do so until he heard about Scott Abel and his Cycle Diet.
